In His Own Words
Mukuru Joseph, a 2004 graduate of the URDT Vocational Institute, opened a metal workshop in Kagadi.
"I am able to employ myself and five other youth in my community. I have been able to effectively manage my employees because of the skills acquired from URDT trainings. I am grateful to URDT for the skills in creativity, group formation and dynamics as well as business entrepreneurship. I have also been able to contribute positively on the sub-county council where I am an executive member."
