To facilitate donations from our American and Canadian friends, there are registered charities in each of those countries that accept donations on behalf of URDT. The sole purpose of these charities is to support URDT, so all funds will come directly to Uganda. These two organizations are facilitated by long-time supporters of URDT and they have our utmost appreciation.

In Canada:
Everyone in Canada who is interested in making a donaiton support the work of URDT can do so through the Tides Canada African Rural Development Fund (ARD Fund).

The ARD Fund's sole purpose is to support URDT and the African Rural University for Women. The ARD Fund is part of Tides Canada, a registered charity in Canada.

To send a cheque for your financial support for URDT and ARU, please complete the attached form to make your tax-deductible contribution. All contributions are to be made to: "Tides Canada Foundation – ARD Fund". Mailing address information is at the bottom of the form. You will receive a tax receipt directly from the Tides Canada Foundation.

TO DONATE ONLINE (From Canada only): Canadians may make a contribution to URDT online through the Tides Canada Gifttool page. Click here to donate online. Your tax receipt will be provided by email.

AFPF is a registered U.S. nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization whose sole purpose is to support URDT and the African Rural University for Women.
